說明及特(tè)點:

1、該(gāi)型分切(qiē)機适合于分切pe、pp、pet,pvc等塑料(liào)薄膜(mó)，複合膜， 

膜(mó)，彩印膜、卷筒紙等。是(shì)薄膜(mó)、薄(báo)片(piàn)二次加工(gōng)以及彩印包裝企業(yè)的理想(xiǎng)機型。

2、整機由plc集中(zhōng)控制(zhì)（三矢量電機）并(bìng)采用觸摸(mō)屏人(rén)機界面(miàn)對(duì)整機(jī)進行(háng)集中操作(zuò)。

3、放(fàng)卷采(cǎi)用(yòng)氣動(dòng)刹車(chē)制動器，由(yóu)plc自動(dòng)計(jì)算(suàn)卷徑(jìng)實現自(zì)動張力控制。

4、牽引(yǐn)控制由一(yī)台(tái)矢量變(biàn)頻電機驅動(dòng)，實現恒(héng)線速(sù)度控(kòng)制，并有效地隔斷收放卷張力(lì)之間的相(xiàng)互影響。

7、放(fàng)卷用無軸(zhóu)裝卸(xiè)料，氣動鎖(suǒ)緊，電(diàn)動(dòng)調寬窄(zhǎi)，料卷(juàn)氣動升降(jiàng)，裝卸料方便、效(xiào)率高(gāo)。

8、放卷epc糾編(biān)裝置可準确控制端面精度。

9、分切采(cǎi)用直(zhí)刀分(fèn)切裝置，端面整(zhěng)齊，有邊廢料風送。（紙張(zhāng)需購置(zhì)圓刀分(fèn)切(qiē)裝置）

10、整機(jī)由(yóu)同步帶(dài)、同步輪(lún)為傳動(dòng)方式(shì)，執行與鎖(suǒ)緊采用氣(qì)動方(fāng)式
