說明(míng)及特(tè)點:

1、該型分切機适合于分(fèn)切pe、pp、pet,pvc等塑料(liào)薄膜(mó)，複合膜， 

膜，彩印(yìn)膜。是(shì)薄膜、薄片二次加工以及(jí)彩印包裝(zhuāng)企業(yè)的理想機(jī)型。

2、整(zhěng)機由plc集中控制(zhì)（三矢量電機）并采用(yòng)觸摸屏人機界(jiè)面對整機(jī)進行集中操作(zuò)。

3、放卷采用啟動(dòng)刹車制(zhì)動(dòng)器，由plc自動(dòng)計算(suàn)卷徑(jìng)實現自(zì)動漲力(lì)控制(zhì)。

4、牽引控制(zhì)由(yóu)一台(tái)矢(shǐ)量變頻電(diàn)機驅動，實(shí)現恒線速度控制，并有(yǒu)效地隔(gé)斷收放卷(juàn)張力之間的相互影(yǐng)響。

5、收卷軸(zhóu)采用氣漲軸(zhóu)收卷由二台矢量(liàng)變頻(pín)電機(jī)獨立驅動(dòng)，收卷張力控制(zhì)，根據收(shōu)卷直(zhí)徑(jìng)，分切厚度，設定(dìng)張力等參數，由(yóu)plc運算實(shí)現自動張力(lì)遞增。（可選(xuǎn)滑差氣漲軸(zhóu)）

6、收卷軸壓輥離合(hé)采用(yòng)氣動裝置(zhì)，壓力大(dà)小通過(guò)調壓(yā)閥控(kòng)制，（壓(yā)輥采(cǎi)用平推式）。

7、放卷裝(zhuāng)卸(xiè)料采(cǎi)用氣(qì)漲軸裝卸(xiè)料，氣(qì)動鎖(suǒ)緊，料(liào)卷氣動(dòng)升降，裝(zhuāng)卸料(liào)方便(biàn)、效率高。

8、放卷epc糾編裝(zhuāng)置搭(dā)配(pèi)ccd影(yǐng)像傳(chuán)感器，可準确控(kòng)制端面精(jīng)度。

9、分(fèn)切采用直(zhí)刀分切裝置，端面整齊，有邊廢料風(fēng)送。（紙張需(xū)購置圓(yuán)刀分切裝置(zhì)）

10、整機由同步帶(dài)、同步輪(lún)為(wéi)傳動(dòng)方式，執(zhí)行(háng)與鎖(suǒ)緊采用氣(qì)動方(fāng)式

11、牽引導輥：靜(jìng)平衡鋁合金導輥，表面硬化處理
