說明(míng)及(jí)特點(diǎn):

1、該型分(fèn)切機适(shì)合于分(fèn)切pe、pp、pet,pvc等塑料(liào)薄膜(mó)，複合膜， 

膜(mó)，彩印膜、卷筒(tǒng)紙(zhǐ)等。是(shì)薄膜、薄片二次(cì)加工以(yǐ)及彩(cǎi)印(yìn)包裝企(qǐ)業的理(lǐ)想機(jī)型(xíng)。

2、整機由(yóu)plc集中(zhōng)控制(zhì)（三矢(shǐ)量電(diàn)機）并采用(yòng)觸摸屏人(rén)機界面對(duì)整機(jī)進行(háng)集中(zhōng)操作(zuò)。

3、放卷(juàn)采用(yòng)氣動刹車(chē)制動器，由plc自動(dòng)計算卷徑(jìng)實現(xiàn)自動張力(lì)控制(zhì)。

4、牽引(yǐn)控制由一(yī)台矢量變頻電(diàn)機(jī)驅動，實現恒(héng)線速(sù)度控制，并(bìng)有效(xiào)地隔斷收放卷張(zhāng)力(lì)之間的相(xiàng)互影響。

5、收(shōu)卷軸采用氣漲(zhǎng)軸收卷由二(èr)台(tái)矢量(liàng)變(biàn)頻(pín)電機獨立(lì)驅動(dòng)，收卷(juàn)張力(lì)控制，根據(jù)收卷(juàn)直徑，分切(qiē)厚度，設(shè)定張力(lì)等參數，由plc運算(suàn)實現自動(dòng)張力(lì)遞增(zēng)。（可選滑差(chà)氣漲軸軸）

6、收卷(juàn)軸壓輥離合采(cǎi)用氣(qì)動(dòng)裝(zhuāng)置，壓(yā)力大(dà)小通過調(diào)壓閥(fá)控制(zhì)。

7、放卷(juàn)裝卸料采用氣(qì)漲軸裝(zhuāng)卸料，氣動鎖緊，料卷氣(qì)動升降，裝(zhuāng)卸料(liào)方便(biàn)、效率高。

8、放(fàng)卷(juàn)epc糾編裝(zhuāng)置可準确控制端面(miàn)精度(dù)。

9、分切(qiē)采用(yòng)圓刀(dāo)直(zhí)刀分切(qiē)裝置(zhì)，端面整齊(qí)，有邊廢料風送(sòng)。

10、整機(jī)由(yóu)同步帶、同步(bù)輪為傳動(dòng)方式，執行(háng)與鎖(suǒ)緊采(cǎi)用氣動方(fāng)式
