用途及特點：
     HZ-300型高速合掌機是專項用于将薄膜材料合掌成形為卷筒(tǒng)袋狀(zhuàng)包裝材料。适用于飲料标簽，電池(chí)套，鉛筆套合掌成型
     1.主機采用變(biàn)頻電機(jī)，由矢量變頻(pín)器實現(xiàn)閉環(huán)控制，速度正确，低中高速塗膠(jiāo)量均(jun1)勻。
     2.放卷基才張力選(xuǎn)用磁粉制動器控制精度
     3.放卷恒張力控制，加(jiā)減速張力慣量補償
     4.收卷采用變頻電機，張力(lì)控制
     5.收卷長度或(huò)直徑(jìng)到達自動停(tíng)機
     6.塗膠采用電磁伐針伐(fá)，流量計量泵自動控制，流量可(kě)自動(dòng)調節，開機自動出膠(jiāo)，停機自動閉膠(jiāo)。
